Guaranteed service credit of at least $500. No cash value; applied to your invoice if you agree to service with the cleanup company.
How it works
One request. An independent company does the work. You never pay Top Clean Bio.
- 1. Tell us what happened. Use Request Help. No graphic detail is required.
- 2. We match you. We listen, match you with a vetted local partner company, and follow up. We match you with a vetted professional cleanup company in your area as soon as possible.
- 3. The partner assesses and estimates. The partner reviews the site, tells you what it recommends, and gives its own price. We do not set that price.
- 4. The partner applies the credit. If you agree to service, the partner applies the service credit on its invoice.
The request can cover needle and sharps cleanup, former meth lab decontamination, tear gas and chemical residue removal, or jail and holding cell cleanup. Say which one fits so the match is not treated as a routine blood job.
Who founded the service
Founded by Travis Smith, who has worked in biohazard and remediation since 2009.
Vetted independent partners do the cleanup. We do not perform cleanup.
What we do
We take the request, match it to an independent partner, and follow up. We do not perform cleanup, employ crews, or supervise the work.
What the partner company does
The partner assesses the site, gives the estimate, does the cleanup and disposal, invoices you, and prepares any insurance documentation it chooses to provide. Those documents are between you and the partner.
The service credit
You never pay Top Clean Bio. The credit notice on this page is the wording the partner applies.
Some property insurance policies may cover part of biohazard cleanup; many don't, and coverage depends on your policy. Check with your insurer. Insurance and self-pay jobs are accepted. Top Clean Bio is not an insurer, adjuster, or public adjuster and does not handle or negotiate claims.
