No. Independent partner companies perform all cleanup work. We are a referral service and do not perform cleanup.
How do you choose partners?
Every partner is personally reviewed and approved by our founder, Travis Smith. Partners are independent businesses. We do not employ their crews or supervise their work. More on the founder is in who we are.
How does the service credit work?

Does it cost anything to request help?
No. You never pay Top Clean Bio. The cleanup company invoices you if you agree to service.
Will insurance cover it?
Some property insurance policies may cover part of biohazard cleanup; many don't, and coverage depends on your policy. Check with your insurer. Insurance and self-pay jobs are accepted. See insurance and payment for how a partner invoices you.

Who arranges cleanup after a property is released?
Generally the property owner arranges cleanup once the property can be entered. A specialized company is the safer choice. A plain-language guide is in these resources. A facility may instead need jail and holding cell cleanup.
Can I clean it myself?
It is not recommended. Blood and other biological material can present a pathogen risk, and household cleaning is not a substitute for a company that does this work. Separate referrals cover needle and sharps cleanup and former meth lab decontamination.
What areas do you serve?
All 48 contiguous US states. We do not claim a local office in any of them. The same matching covers tear gas and chemical residue removal.
Can I request help for a property I don't own?
Yes. Landlords, family members, funeral homes, businesses, and public agencies can request a referral. Tell us your relationship to the property.
How fast can someone come?
It depends on partner availability. Urgent and immediate needs get a response as soon as a partner can take the referral. No arrival time is guaranteed.
