Top Clean Biohazard Solutions introduces independent cleanup companies to people who need biohazard, crime-scene, or trauma cleanup in the 48 contiguous states. We make the introduction. You remain the company that visits the property, does the work, and invoices the customer.
You start by applying. Tell us the states you cover, the services you offer, and the insurance you carry. An application stays pending until Travis Smith reviews it. The review looks at the licenses and registrations you say you hold, general liability and workers' compensation, and the training your technicians carry. If a state requires something you do not have, say so on the application. Approval means we may introduce you to a customer. It is not a government license, and it is not a job offer. Your company stays independent.
After approval, the working terms are written down in a partner agreement. Until that agreement is signed, you do not have to accept a lead, and we do not have to send one. When a customer uses Request Help, we match the ZIP code, the situation, and the kind of property to a partner who covers that area. You decide whether the job is one you can accept. If a lab rule, a registration, or your schedule makes the job a poor fit, decline it. Another introduction is better than a crew that cannot finish the work.
A lead includes the customer's name, a phone number or email, a ZIP code, and the situations they checked. The street and city are optional, so they may be blank. Do not expect a graphic description. You contact the customer, confirm that the property can be entered, and give your own estimate. You set the price. You handle the cleanup, disposal, any insurance paperwork you choose to provide, and the invoice. Top Clean Bio does not supervise your technicians and does not employ them.
A match does not mean we have an office in that city, and it does not mean a truck is already waiting there. You travel and schedule the work under your own operations. Alaska and Hawaii are outside this service.

Every partner is personally reviewed and approved by our founder, Travis Smith. On the application you attest that you hold required licenses and registrations, carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance, and that your technicians hold the training the work requires. Final terms are set in the written partner agreement.
